Anthony is a photographer, artist and educator with over 10 years of experience .
He works between his artistic practice and editorial/commercial commissions, where he specializes in still life and architectural images. His interest and knowledge in this area has been greatly enhanced by the continuous conversations he has with his wife, an experienced architect. Anthony collaborates with architects, marketing agencies, big & small businesses, designers, artists and craftmen.
He began his photographic journey in 2006, documenting his journey on the Trans-Siberian Railway from Beijing to St Petersburg. Next, he worked as an assistant to several photographers, and particularly to Fernando Maquieira, for several years in which they worked for the most prestigious museums in Madrid.
In 2014, Anthony obtained an 'MA in Photographic Studies' from the University of Westminster in London, mentored by David Bate and Mitra Tabrizian. His final work was selected as a finalist for the 2017 BJP International Photography Award and exhibited in several countries.
In his personal practice, Anthony works with analog cameras and prints in the darkroom. His work has been exhibited in group shows throughout Europe and has been featured in magazines.
As an educator, Anthony has taught at the University of Westminster, London. He has also worked as a photography technician at the UCA and the LondonMET, supporting students in digital and analogue areas. In Spain, he collaborates with UNIR on their photography degrees.
He speaks French, English and Spanish fluently.
